Client Notice Staff shortages

Dear Clients

We would like to ask for your patience and understanding as we are experiencing a shortage of staff for the first time in many years.

This is due to two of our valued vets sadly relocating and also in part to the recruitment difficulties experienced in the veterinary industry at this time. As well as this we are experiencing an unprecedented demand on our services and are busier than ever. This will potentially have an impact on how quickly we are able to book you in and may lead to longer waiting times when you come in for an appointment. Please note we will always fit in emergencies and sick pets but that does mean that during this time routine appointments may need to be booked further in advance and sometimes rescheduled in order to manage demand.

We ask that you please be patient with staff members who are trying their best for you and your pets during this challenging time and can assure you that we are doing all we can to rectify this as soon as possible. We have measures in place to liaise with local practices to see if they can fit your pets in when we cannot and there is also the Vet Video service who can help to triage and assess your pet as well as give advice.
